Parental Code of Conduct September 2025

At Cosheston VC School, we believe that children do their best when parents and staff work together in a spirit of trust and respect. Our shared goal is to give every child the best possible start — and we can only do that by supporting one another.

To help us create a happy, safe, and positive environment for everyone, we kindly ask that all parents and carers:

– Treat our staff with kindness
Our team works hard to care for and support your children. Please speak to them with courtesy and understanding — just as we promise to do the same for you.

– Work with us as partners
We may not always see things in the same way, but we all want the best for your child. If you have any worries or questions, please come and talk to us — we’re here to listen and help.

– Communicate calmly and positively
Whether in person, on the phone, or online, let’s keep our conversations open, friendly, and respectful. Together, we can resolve any issues and find the best way forward.
